Every woman who comes here has one thing in common.

She doesn't feel like herself anymore. She's tried pushing through. She's tried ignoring it. She's read books and listened to the podcasts. She's ready for someone to help her understand the whole picture.

Meet Dena
RN. Author. Founder of Her Biology Co.

I’m an RN, author, and educator, but more importantly, I’m someone who knows what it feels like to slowly lose yourself.
I was 35 when it first hit. Before then, I had no problem handling life. I pushed through stress, ignored what my body was telling me, but when I could no longer keep tolerating the same patterns from people, I blamed myself thinking I just couldn’t keep up anymore. What I didn’t understand then is what I know now: our biology, our nervous system, our experiences, and the stories we’ve come to believe about ourselves all shape the woman we become.

That realization changed my life.

It led me to write For What It’s Worth, a book about rebuilding self-worth after life has convinced you you’re less than you really are.

Today, I'm an RN, author, founder of Her Biology Co., and a Mum of four who understands what it feels like to juggle everyone else's needs while slowly losing sight of your own. Today, through Her Biology Co., I help women understand what’s happening beneath the surface- because when you understand your body, your story begins to make sense. And nobody ever taught us that part.

I don’t believe women are broken.
I believe they’re carrying more than they were ever meant to carry.

My role isn’t to tell you who to become.

It’s to help you understand what’s happening, rebuild your health, and trust yourself enough to become her again.

What You'll Find Here.

I teach women what they were never taught about their own physiology AND their own worth.

I talk about:
• how hormones destabilize mood, sleep, patience, and identity
• why so many women don’t feel like themselves anymore
• how the people around you shape the way you see yourself
• why the people who hurt you don't have to define you
• the link between biology, emotional overload, and resentment
• why women lose themselves in people-pleasing, marriage, motherhood, and survival
• how stress changes behaviour, self-worth, and relationships

Women aren’t falling apart. They’re living in bodies that are overloaded, under-supported, and misunderstood. I fight for women’s worth because too many of us have stayed quiet, tolerated too much, and carried pain we never deserved.

I don’t like fluffy shit.
I don’t teach women to find joy.
I teach them how to rebuild their health, their nervous system, and their power.

I like practical answers. Science makes sense. Conversations make us feel less alone. Hormones tell the truth. We need tools we can actually use in a life that's too busy to stop and heal. And I don't believe 1/4 women should have to be medicated to enjoy their life. I think we deserve better than that.

Here's what I've learned.
People have affected you more than you realize.
Your biology affects you more than you realize.
Understanding both changes everything.

You are not broken.
You are not too emotional.
You are not failing.
Your life has just begun to feel heavier than you can keep carrying.

Your body is asking for support. And your story is asking to be heard.

You don't have to figure this out alone.

Whether you’re struggling with hormones, chronic stress, burnout, difficult relationships, people-pleasing, or simply don’t feel like yourself anymore… sometimes the next step is having someone help you see the whole picture.
